Project Overview

The Product: 

An interactive iPad presentation designed for a real estate brokerage to showcase available office spaces throughout Manhattan. The tool featured animations, infographics, and interactive maps that allowed brokers to visually present locations, distances, and building details in an engaging and informative way.

The Problem: 

The brokerage needed a more dynamic and efficient way to present multiple property options to their client. Traditional printed materials and static slides couldn’t effectively illustrate the spatial relationships between available spaces or the overall layout of the Manhattan tech corridor.

The Goal: 

To create an immersive and visually compelling presentation that clearly communicated available options while enhancing the client’s understanding of geographic context. The goal was to elevate the pitch experience, stand out from the competition, and win new business for the firm.

My Role: 

Marketing Specialist and Presentation Designer

Execution: 

The pitch went beautifully — we lit up the room with pixels! The presentation was bright, vibrant, and kept the client fully engaged. Multiple animations and infographics helped tell the story, while an interactive Manhattan map allowed clients to explore the layout of tech-area properties in real time. Working closely with the creative director and lead broker, we curated a comprehensive list of spaces and built the interactive experience for iPad. The final product helped the brokerage beat out tough competition and secure the win.

  • Managed design execution from concept to delivery, ensuring the presentation was polished, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
