RFP Proposal
Adobe InDesign
Project Overview
The Product:
Outline a tailored RFP proposal strategy designed to pitch premier commercial office space in Hudson Yards to a major corporate tenant. The presentation highlighted iconic architecture, cutting-edge building infrastructure, prime transit connectivity, and flexible floor plate options within a polished, unified brand narrative.
Project Duration:
3 weeks
The Problem:
The prospective tenant was hesitant about the cost premium and leasing commitments associated with relocation to a modern Hudson Yards development. We needed to frame the space not just as real estate, but as a strategic asset that drives talent attraction, workplace wellness, and operational efficiency, directly overcoming concerns about lease terms and transition costs.
The Goal:
Develop a persuasive RFP submission and pitch deck that stood out to the client's executive leadership and real estate advisors. The proposal needed to clearly articulate space availability, custom buildout options, and long-term financial value, positioning Hudson Yards as the clear choice over competing Manhattan submarkets.
My Role:
Marketing Coordinator & Proposal Designer
Execution:
The final RFP package and pitch presentation delivered a seamless, high-impact narrative that resonated with the client’s decision-makers. Complex leasing structures, stack plans, neighborhood amenities, and transit logistics were turned into clean, visually engaging layouts. Custom maps, high-end rendering spreads, and crisp typography brought the location to life, making the value of securing space in Hudson Yards easy for the selection committee to evaluate.

Clearly communicate property differentiators, building specifications, and neighborhood advantages.
Design a high-impact RFP response and pitch deck that visually elevated complex floor plans, stacking diagrams, and financial terms.
